QuikTix is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees at events organized through our platform. This Event Attendee Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and responsibilities of attendees to ensure a respectful and secure environment for everyone.
Attendees must respect all individuals regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic. Discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes a harassment-free environment. Any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited.
Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations set by the event organizers and the venue. This includes adhering to capacity limits, safety protocols, and any specific guidelines provided for the event.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those around them. Please report any unsafe conditions or incidents to event staff immediately.
Attendees must not bring any prohibited items to events, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, or any other items specified by the event organizers or venue.
Attendees must have a valid ticket for entry to events. Tickets can be resold or transferred as attendees see fit, provided the transfer complies with the event’s policies.
Attendees must purchase tickets using names that can be confirmed through identification in cases where ID verification is required by the Event Organizer.
Attendees must follow the event’s entry and re-entry procedures. Unauthorized access or attempts to enter without a valid ticket are prohibited.
QuikTix reserves the right to ban any email addresses or credit cards that are found to be involved in fraudulent transactions.
The use of automated bots to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to use bots to gain an unfair advantage in purchasing tickets may result in the cancellation of tickets and possible banning of emails, payment methods, or IP addresses used.
Attendees must respect the intellectual property rights of event organizers, performers, and other participants. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content is prohibited.
Any violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to event staff or security personnel immediately. Attendees can also contact QuikTix support to report any issues experienced with the Event Organizers.
QuikTix and event organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct. This may include removal from the event, revocation of tickets, and banning from future events.
QuikTix may update this Event Attendee Code of Conduct from time to time. While we may notify users of significant changes, it is the responsibility of attendees to regularly review this Code for any updates. Your continued attendance at events organized through QuikTix following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Code of Conduct.
