QuikTix is committed to maintaining a professional and ethical environment for all users, including our valued promoters. This Promoter Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and responsibilities of promoters working with QuikTix to ensure integrity, fairness, and respect in all promotional activities.
Promoters must comply with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws and regulations in their promotional activities.
Promoters are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits required for their promotional activities.
Promoters must conduct their promotional activities with honesty and integrity. Misleading or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.
All promotional materials and communications must accurately represent QuikTix and the events being promoted.
Promotional activities must be free from discrimination based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
Promoters must ensure that their activities do not contribute to a hostile or harassing environment for any individual.
Promoters must only promote events with explicit QuikTix approval. All financial incentives must be expressly approved by QuikTix. Promoters must understand that the deals made between them and QuikTix are confidential, and QuikTix reserves the right to change and/or cancel partnerships for any reason.
While representing QuikTix, promoters must not mislead event organizers or attendees into thinking they are employees of QuikTix. They cannot speak on behalf of QuikTix.
Promoters cannot set ticket prices or make any decisions on providing discounts or offers that are not expressly authorized by QuikTix.
Promoters must not engage in any fraudulent activities. QuikTix reserves the right to terminate partnerships with promoters found to be involved in fraud.
The use of automated bots for promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to use bots will result in the termination of the promoter’s partnership with QuikTix.
Promoters must respect the intellectual property rights of QuikTix, event organizers, performers, and other participants. Unauthorized use of intellectual property is prohibited.
Any violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to QuikTix immediately. Promoters can contact QuikTix support to report any issues.
QuikTix reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of the promoter’s partnership, in response to violations of this Code of Conduct.
QuikTix may update this Promoter Code of Conduct from time to time. While we may notify users of significant changes, it is the responsibility of promoters to regularly review this Code for any updates. Your continued partnership with QuikTix following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Code of Conduct.
